Revolutionize your build with our technology driven building system. By employing BIM Modeling and off-site fabrication, we engineer and manufacture Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). Our panels feature a solid core of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) that is laminated between 2 sheets of oriented strand board (OSB), resulting in a superior, energy-efficient, structurally sound building material. This high-performance product provides increased comfort, design flexibility, improved indoor air quality, tighter structures, and reduced build and installation time compared to traditional stick-framing.

Considered as one of the most energy-efficient building systems on the market, our SIPs encompass the integrity of structural framing, insulation, sheathing, and wire chases in a single component.

Preflex obtains Engineering stamp, Title 24 compliance and submits permitting.

Preflex manufactures SIP panels for your buildings.

Site preparations, this includes clearing the area of debris, foundation work and pulling MEP to site.

Finally, panels are received on-site and assembled in one-day.
